When you submit the enquiry or launch-list form we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address and your property preferences — project, budget, area, timeline and anything you add in the notes. If you message us on WhatsApp we receive your WhatsApp name and number. When advertising and analytics tags are active on this page (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics), they collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and advertising identifiers, under their own privacy terms.
To respond to your enquiry, share suitable properties, arrange viewings, and measure which of our advertisements lead to genuine enquiries. If you join the launch list we email you about new project releases only. We do not sell your personal data and we do not add enquiries to marketing lists.
Your enquiry may be shared with the developer of a project you ask about, and with the providers we use to run this page — hosting, WhatsApp Business and, when those tags are active, analytics and advertising platforms including Meta and Google. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Enquiry records are kept while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a transaction or a legal obligation requires longer. Launch-list data is kept until you unsubscribe.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing admin@canvasuae.com. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
This page itself sets no cookies. Advertising and analytics tags, when enabled, may set cookies or use similar identifiers; you can control these through your browser settings.
